Problems receiving verification code or invalid code
It may happen in some cases that you have difficulty receiving your verification code through WhatsApp, this may happen of these reasons:

When requesting to send the verification code, the code was not sent in my WhatsApp
- 1.Check that the number was entered correctly, the country code and the phone number, learn more by clicking here.
- 2.Check that your phone is connected to the Internet and that WhatsApp is working properly. Test by sending a message to someone in your contact list and verify that messages are being sent correctly.
- 3.Check sure you have not archived conversations sent via
+1 (585) 200-5793. Archived conversations does not prevent their receipt, however it prevents WhatsApp to send any notification of new messages sent through the number. - 4.Check the status of the BOT on the support server, maybe the bot is having problems or even connectivity issues with WhatsApp.
- 5.Send a message to the bot's WhatsApp to facilitate the sending of the code, click here to send your message or quote the number

I enter the code received in my WhatsApp but I get the message that the code entered is invalid
- 1.Check the date/time of receipt of the message. Each request to send the code, generates a new code, invalidating the code sent previously.
- 2.Check sure you typed the code correctly. Repeat the verification process and request a new code.
- 3.If you have 2 WhatsApp apps on your phone (WhatsApp Messenger/WhatsApp Business), check which of the two the code was sent to (if you use both to verify your access).
- 4.Check that you have received your verification code exclusively on WhatsApp and sent to you at
+1 (585) 200-5793. - 5.Make sure that each message sent on your WhatsApp has a 6-number code different from the messages sent previously.
